House Rules and What to Expect

These rules apply to every massage we offer. They are here so that nothing
is unclear when you arrive — you should know what is included, what is not,
and what happens if you change your mind.

Boundaries in Every Session

The following apply to all our massages, without exception and regardless
of price:

No fingers inside
No penetration
No masturbating the masseuse
No forceful contact of any kind

What is permitted beyond these limits varies by massage. Classic is one-way,
while our fuller sessions allow touching and kissing. Each massage page lists
exactly what it includes, and your masseuse will explain before the session
begins.

You Can Stop at Any Time

Say so and it stops. You do not need a reason, you will not be asked for
one, and nothing will be said about it afterwards.

You can also ask your masseuse to slow down, skip something, or leave out
part of the session without ending it. Changing your mind is not a problem —
agreeing to something earlier does not commit you to it.

This works both ways. Your masseuse may also stop or decline anything she
is not comfortable with, and that decision is final.

What We Ask of You

Arrive on time. Sessions start and end as booked, so
arriving late shortens your massage rather than delaying the next guest.
Arrive sober. We do not accept guests who are heavily
intoxicated, and no refund is given in that case.
Shower before the massage. It is included and it is not
optional.
No photography or recording. Phones stay away during the
session. This protects both of you.
Respect a no. If your masseuse declines something, that
is the end of it.
Tell us in advance. If you have an injury, a skin
condition or anything else that affects the massage, say so when you book.

Sessions can be ended early if these are not respected, and the booking is
not refunded.

Hygiene

Towels and sheets are washed at 90 °C and changed for every guest
Each guest gets their own set — nothing is reused between bookings
Rooms and showers are cleaned between sessions
Single-use items are opened in front of you and disposed of afterwards

Age and Admission

Admission is for adults over 18 only. We may ask for identification, and
entry is refused without it.

Booking, Payment and Cancellation

Book by phone, WhatsApp or Telegram — at least 2 hours ahead where
possible, though we take same-hour bookings when a masseuse is free
Cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your appointment
Repeated no-shows without notice may mean we decline future bookings
Payment is in cash at the salon after your session
We accept Czech koruna and euros — cash only, we do not take
Prices are per session and do not change on arrival
Extras are optional, priced separately and agreed before the session
starts
Outcall bookings have a separate travel charge, confirmed before you
book

Privacy

The entrance is discreet and there is no shared waiting area, so you will
not pass other guests on the way in or out.

We do not keep records of your visit beyond what a booking requires, and we
do not discuss guests with anyone. Please also respect the privacy of other
guests and of our masseuses.

Legal Notice

Aura Massage Salon does not provide any sexual services to any extent and
serves only as an advertisement for individual masseuses. The condition of
advertising is the rental of the massage parlour space. Admission is permitted
for persons over 18 years of age.
