Masseuse Jobs in Prague – Work With Us

We are hiring masseuses for our salon in Praha 1, Nové Město. No previous
massage experience is needed — we train you. What matters is that you are
comfortable with the work, reliable, and able to make guests feel at ease.

We are a massage studio. We do not provide sexual services, and no masseuse
is ever expected to.

Who We Are Looking For

You are over 18 and legally able to work in the Czech Republic. Beyond that,
what we look for is:

• Comfort with the work. You can talk openly about the
  body and about intimacy without it being awkward.
• Reliability. You choose your own days and hours, and we
  expect you to keep to them.
• Care about hygiene. Our standards are high and we take
  them seriously.
• Warmth with guests. Reading what someone needs matters
  more to us than technique, which we can teach.
• Basic English. Many of our guests are visitors to
  Prague. Other languages are a real advantage but not a requirement.

You do not need to be a trained masseuse. Our team will teach you classical
massage technique and how we work.

What We Offer

Pay, in cash, every day

You are paid at the end of each shift, in cash. You see exactly what you
have earned the same day, with nothing held back and nothing to chase.

Hours you set yourself

You plan your shifts a week ahead around your own availability. Occasional
work is fine — it suits students and anyone earning alongside something else.

Accommodation if you are coming to Prague

If you are moving from outside Prague, we can arrange short-term
accommodation so that is one less thing to sort out.

Rooms that are ready for you

Seven private massage rooms, each with its own shower, a kitchenette and
lockers for staff. Towels, sheets and everything else are prepared for you —
you bring yourself and a robe.

A receptionist who handles the front

Bookings, payments and guest questions go through reception, not through
you. You do the massage.

Discretion about your photos

Profile photos are taken without your face showing, and we retouch tattoos
or other identifying marks if you ask. We do not publish anything you have not
agreed to.

A team, not a competition

Our masseuses work with us regularly and help each other. There is no
fighting over guests here, and that is deliberate.

How It Works
